To continually provide our customers with quality products at the lowest possible prices.
A volume discount is our method to reward those who are able to purchase in bulk amounts or in mass quantities. We buy in bulk and have a large warehouse in which to store products so can offer a lower price to customers. We feel that a volume discount for our customers inspires customer loyalty.
If our customers buy X amount of an item, they are offered incentives to purchase more or receive a lower purchasing price. The incentive in purchasing more is the lower purchasing price as well as saving on shipping costs compared to purchasing in smaller quantities. The more you purchase the overall item cost will be lower due to the combined shipping cost.
The average consumer sees many types of the volume discount on a regular basis. Most commonly, warehouse stores like Costco, offer merchandise at lower prices because they are purchased in bulk quantities. This is the same approach we use just like those warehouse stores.
We do not have a storefront or a showroom where customers can come and pick up products from our Los Angeles warehouse. We apologize for this inconvenience. Online Catalog
Our internet wholesale website prices is geared towards retailers and individuals that wants to save money by purchasing in bulk quantity. Majority of the products we carry have a minimum order quantity and/or are sold in packs of 6 or 12 pieces unless otherwise stated. Please check the production title and description to verify what the quantity of the pieces the pack consists of.
Tax Exemption
For out of state buyers we do not charge sales tax so we do not need any kind of paperwork but for CA buyers we will need you to submit your CA resale certificate in order for us to waive the CA sales tax. Please e-mail us after you have created an account or prior to going through checkout and completing your order so we can set your account up to be tax exempt.
Minimum Order Quantity
We do not have a minimum dollar amount on our stock orders, we only require that you purchase the minimum required pieces per item as stated in the title or product description. We do not offer sample orders at the moment.
Defective Items
You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. We will cover the cost of the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error or a defective item.
Due to the quantity of items purchased there may be a 1-2% defective item rate. We cannot accept returns for the items falling into the 1-2% defective rate category.
